Fishing is always good on Chemong Lake!

The Kawartha Lakes are famous for their fishing from the mighty Muskie to the elusive Walleye and the sporty Large and Smallmouth Bass. At Birch Bend we promote fishing for kids and provide rods and tackle free of charge for catch and release fun from our docks for children under 12.

Whether you are an experienced angler or new to the sport you are sure to have fun. Our fishing boats are reliable and fully equipped with everything you need for a fun-filled time on the lake.

On site 14ft & 16ft foot deep hull boats and motor rentals are available. We have launching facilities for boats up to 22 feet if you bring your own. We also have guest docking facilities and there is a public boat launch nearby to launch larger boats.
